About JubaLink Cargo
We move cargo from Kenya to South Sudan. Kenyan exports, and foreign goods passing through Kenya on their way north. We publish what we charge and what we know.
What we do
JubaLink Cargo is a freight forwarding and customs clearance business working the corridor between Kenya and South Sudan. We handle two distinct streams of work:
- Kenyan exports. Goods bought or made in Kenya, declared for export and delivered to a consignee in South Sudan.
- International transit cargo. Goods arriving from China, India, the UAE, Turkey, Europe and the USA through Mombasa Port or Nairobi's airports, moving onward to South Sudan under a customs transit regime.
Between them that covers road freight, air freight, groupage, full truckloads, 20ft and 40ft container transport, port clearance, transit declarations and South Sudanese import clearance.
How we work
We publish our rates. Most forwarders on this corridor treat pricing as something you have to ask for. We put ours in public tables with the inclusions, the exclusions and the validity window written next to each figure. Where a rate is not yet published, the table says so rather than showing a number we cannot stand behind.
We publish what we know about customs. The customs section of this site explains clearance into South Sudan and transit through Kenya in more detail than most forwarders bother with. Every substantive regulatory statement links to the authority that issued it and shows the date we last checked it. Where sources disagree or a figure changes annually, we say that instead of picking a number.
We tell you which customs regime applies before the cargo moves. Getting that wrong is the most expensive mistake on this route, and it is almost always avoidable.
What we don't do
We don't quote duty rates we cannot source, we don't promise exemptions, and we don't give legal or customs advice. Where something depends on your specific goods, your HS code or the law in force on the day of entry, we say so and help you confirm it.

Send us the cargo description, weight or volume, and the pickup and delivery addresses. We reply with a written rate, the transit time and the documents you will need.
