Contact JubaLink Cargo
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. Send the cargo details and we will come back with a written rate, a transit time and the documents you will need.
What to send us
The more of this you include in your first message, the faster you get a firm rate instead of a list of questions:
- What the cargo is. A plain description, plus the HS code if you know it.
- Weight and dimensions. Total gross weight, and the size of the pieces or pallets.
- Where it is now. Supplier address in Kenya, or the port and vessel if it is arriving.
- Where it is going. The delivery address, whether that is Juba or a field location such as Bentiu, Malakal or Kapoeta.
- Who the consignee is, and whether they are registered with the South Sudan National Revenue Authority.
- When you need it there. This is what decides between road and air.
Which service you need
If you're not sure, say so and describe the cargo. These pages may also help:
- Published shipping rates
- Nairobi to Juba cargo
- Mombasa to Juba cargo
- Transit cargo through Kenya
- South Sudan customs clearance
- What we don't ship
